When you’re hungry:
If you’re using uncooked pasta then cook it according to the packet instructions.
If you’re using frozen peas or broccoli then add them with 5 minutes left to go.
(If you’re using pre-cooked pasta then pop it in some boiling water for a minute to warm it up and continue)
Drain the pasta, mix with the olive oil, a little salt and lots of cracked black pepper.
Squeeze over the lemon juice and mix in the cubed feta and any veg.
Eat the quickest and easiest fridge amnesty meal known to man!
